ABOUT EMMALEE ELIZABETH
BIOGRAPHY
Emmalee Elizabeth (she/they) is a photographer, filmmaker, and installation artist. Her works engage with introspective and philosophical topics such as memory, life & death, and the passage of time. She is especially interested in exploring the relationship between subject and methods of display and how installation adds to and/or changes the meaning of the artwork.

She has received funding from the Richard Kleeman Research Fund and won Honorable Mention for the Foster B. Doane Prize in Graphics. She also won the Outstanding Major Junior Prize in Art, Science, and Innovation as well as in Film and Digital Storytelling.
Emmalee currently lives and works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and will graduate from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film & Digital Storytelling and Art, Science & Innovation.
